In 2019, B&W invested over 300 million yuan to build the "B&W Minke Park Innovation Center & Smart Factory" in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, covering a total area of nearly 60,000 square meters. It officially commenced operations in 2021.

The efficiency of the single-line production line has increased by 1.5 to 2 times compared to the original. It has achieved information and digital management of research, inspection, production, supply, and sales, and has established and implemented a "dual-data and dual-intelligence" full lifecycle quality management model to meet the market's demand for large-scale and rapid delivery with guaranteed quality and quantity.

Meanwhile, B&W Cosmetics has also launched the AI beauty makeup model to create a beauty makeup creative industry ecosystem, achieving data connectivity and integrating parallel data from the R&D and testing ends. This brings together scientific research technology, raw material innovation, and efficacy testing data, empowering production and improving work efficiency.

Covering an area of nearly 12,000 square meters, with 13 production lines, more than 360 employees, annual production capacity--23 million skincare products, 180 million facial sheet masks, 2.5 million wax-based products, with testing laboratories and nearly 55 quality inspectors.
